HIT Global is the owner of all right, title and interest in the Web Site including all intellectual property rights related thereto except for third party content as discussed in greater detail below.

The content posted on the Web Site is protected under the provisions of the Canadian Copyright Act as well as other Canadian legislation and international conventions. Where such content is not posted or created by HIT Global, the source of such material is identified where necessary or applicable.

In the event that the content presented on the Web Site links to drug or indications, a username and password shall be issued to the healthcare provider upon the demonstration of such person’s credentials.

The Web Site presents the latest CME programs available in English and French.
